Design: The digital 3D probe is a further development of the tried and tested mechanical 3D probe. The spindle or countersunk head can be positioned quickly and reliably on the reference edges. The start-up process can be traced accurately on the digital dial gauge. The zero setting is found immediately. The machine measuring system can be zeroed without calculations, as the spindle axis stands directly on the probed edge. Digit height of the LC display 8.5 mm, in this way the values remain unambiguous and correctly readable from a distance, even on large machining centres.

Function: Switch-on and switch-off, mm/inch-conversion.

Application: For setting workpiece zero points and length measurements on milling and eroding machines (insulated probe tip) and for centring and taking the mean of bore holes and shafts.

Supplied: 3D probe with battery and short probe tip Ø 4 mm.

Note: The new-generation probe tips also fit into the available Universal 3D probe.
