When completing your order, simply input the required delivery address and ERIKS will deliver to that destination. If the delivery address is not mainland England, Scotland and Wales please contact customer support, via our live chat or using the contact section, to confirm delivery is available to that location.
Items in stock that are ordered before 4 p.m. will be delivered the next day. If there are items with a delivery date that has been changed, the item with the latest delivery date will determine when the whole order will be delivered. The delivery date is advised on the order overview page when ordering. Would you prefer partial deliveries? If so, please contact our customer support team.
You will always receive an order confirmation and can check the current order status from the order history page in your Webshop account.
