When ordering, you are given two options. You can collect your order from an ERIKS service centre or we can send it to you.
Would you like to collect your order from one of our service centres? Then you can decide which centre should prepare this order for you to collect free of charge. You will receive an e-mail message as soon as the goods are ready to be collected. You can come by at your convenience, you won’t be charged shipping costs and in many cases you may even get the items home even faster. You will find the ERIKS service centre nearest to you ERIKS service center.
Would you like us to send your order to you? Then you can choose a delivery address where we will deliver your items. Items in stock that are ordered before 4.30 p.m. are delivered the next day. If there are items with a delivery date which has been changed, the item with the latest delivery date determines when the whole order is delivered. You will find the delivery date on the order overview page when you are ordering. Would you prefer partial deliveries? If so, please contact our customer support team.
