FORMAT CNC drill chuck for right and left turning form AD/Btype 3525

Design: From alloy case-hardened steel, with a core tensile strength of min. approx. 950 N/mm² and a hardness depth of min. 0.5 mm. Taper to DIN 254. Hardened 58 ±2 HRC.
Clamping using a hex spanner essentially increases clamping force in comparison to conventional chucks. At the same time, this secures the chuck against becoming loose during left-handed rotation or being quickly decelerated from higher speeds.

Taper angle: Tolerance AT3.
Concentricity: max. 0.03 mm.

Application: To nest tools with cylindrical shank.
